Free Initial Consultation

The first step is to schedule a free consultation.  This initial consultation can take place over the phone, video-conference, or in-person.  First, you will share your short-term and long-term goals, health and fitness background, and the types of activities that you enjoy doing.  Based on that information, I'll then provide you with more information about the services we offer and the approach we would take to help you meet your goals.  Finally, we'll decide if we're a good mutual fit and take it from there.

How much does it cost?

 

Initial consultation - Free

We'll discuss your goals, health and fitness background, and the types of activities that you enjoy doing.  I'll then provide you with more information about the services we offer to help you meet your goals.  We'll then decide if we're a good mutual fit and take it from there.

 

Functional Movement Screen - $45

We'll come to your home to conduct a functional movement screen to identify muscle imbalances.  We will then assess the results and send you various exercises to incorporate into your routine to help you correct any imbalances.   All functional movement screens are performed by Mark, who has earned Functional Movement Screen Level 1 and Level 2 Certification by Functional Movement Systems.

 

In-Home Personal Training & Yoga - $50 per hour

We'll come to your home to guide you through a personalized workout and/or yoga routine that is tailored for your body and your goals.  We can also meet you at the JCC if that is more convenient.

 

Custom Workout Plans: $55 for a 1-month exercise plan

We'll design a monthly workout plan that is specific to your body and your goals.  With this service, we also provide weekly accountability calls to discuss your progress, make modifications to your routine, and keep you on track.
