Our Approach

We all have different goals, interests, and bodies, so we don't try to fit you into cookie-cutter plans that might not be a good fit for you.  Instead, we first discuss your goals and interests and build from there.  The next step is to conduct a functional movement screen and fitness assessment in the comfort of your own home.

Based on the results of the assessment, we'll partner with you to create a program that will correct any muscle imbalances and serve as a foundation for building the flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, core-stabilization, muscle endurance, strength, and power you need to achieve your short-term and long-term goals.  We'll also throw some yoga into the mix if that is of interest to you ... after all, yoga is one of the best forms of corrective exercise.

We recognize that you and your body are unique.  Our goal is to create a customized plan that is safe, effective, and enjoyable for you, and will help you accomplish your goals in life.

Mark is currently a one-man show.  However, in order to help more people reach their health, fitness, and life goals, Mark will likely build a top-notch Team in the future.  Rest assured, he will be VERY selective!
